The site is a catalogue. It presents products, categories and editorial content, and links to listings on third-party marketplaces where the actual sale, order-taking and payment take place. No orders are placed on the site itself.

3. Use of the site
You may browse the catalogue for personal or business purposes. You agree not to disrupt or circumvent security features, scrape the site at a rate that impacts availability, or misuse contact forms to send unsolicited communications.
4. Product information
Photographs, descriptions and prices are provided in good faith and drawn from live third-party listings. Availability, price, condition and shipping terms are ultimately those shown on the destination marketplace at the moment you click through; the marketplace listing prevails.
5. Third-party marketplaces
All purchases are completed on external platforms with their own terms, privacy policies, buyer protection schemes and dispute-resolution processes. Mercmile Group Ltd is not a party to your contract with those platforms unless clearly identified as the seller of a specific listing.
6. Wholesale enquiries
The wholesale-enquiry form is an invitation to discuss potential B2B supply. Submitting it does not create a contract; commercial terms, if any, are agreed separately in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers may retain the benefit of mandatory rights under the law of their place of residence.
